Location: Norfolk, Virginia Full-time day shift position working in the anesthesiology department of an established medical facility.  This position does require the candidate be "on call" periodically.

 
Under the supervision of the anesthesiologist/physician the CRNA is responsible for the specific care and safety of patients receiving anesthetics.   Be c apable of demonstrating acceptable techniques in the administration of anesthetics and adjunctive drugs.   The individual m ust display the ability to work with physicians, anesthesia personnel, operating room personnel and other employees.  

 
Responsibilities:   anesthesia care, planning, assessment, evaluation and administering of patient specific anesthesia.
  Must-have Qualifications:  
Licenses required:   RN
Certifications required:   ACLS
Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification annually Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience is preferred
Bachelor\s degree desired
