The clinic is an innovative personal health management treatment center that provides primary and preventative care services for the entire family. LifeConnections Clinic has an immediate need for a part-time Acupuncturist to care for patietns ranging from newborn through adult. LifeConnections Clinic focuses on wellness and offers the patient both a traditional western medicine practice as well as chiropractic medicine and acupuncture, traditional Chinese Medicine, herbs and other non-traditional forms of healing. The LifeConnections Clinic offers a competitive salary for this part-time position (up to 20 hours per week). Specific Responsibilities include: ? Promotion of wellness and illness prevention ? Assessing the condition of the patient ? Devising a personalized treatment plan ? Taking a detailed case history including lifestyle, and diet ? Treat by inserting fine needles into the skin at particular locations as required ? Assessing patient progress through questioning and examination, and reviewing treatment plans as necessary Benefits include: ? Current and valid licensure as an Acupuncturist in California. ? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Acupuncturist. ?
